Writing a business plan
Writing a business plan starts with a good idea! There are a number of things you need to take into consideration when writing your business plan, things like: who you will be selling your product to, how much does your product cost to produce, how much you will sell your product for, how will you market your product, and of course how much money do you need to start off! Community Futures staff will be there to walk you through the business planning process.
Below is a business plan template that you can look at to help formulate your thoughts. Please contact your local Community Futures office for their Business Plan package if you are going to enroll in the Ventures Program.
